Patrick is a problem solver dedicated to streamlining operations and promoting organizational efficiency. As the COO, Patrick uses his extensive Project Management background to manage customer desired outcomes and the overall customer experience. He creates essential relationships with existing customers and drives value for them. Pat fulfills product promises and meets client expectations.
Patrick Hughes graduated from Northwest Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science. He received a commission through the United States Army Reserve Officers Training Corps. Upon completion of the Infantry Basic Officer Course, Pat was assigned to 2-69th Armor Regiment at Ft. Benning GA. He served as an Infantry Platoon Leader, Company Executive Officer, and Assistant Operations Officer. Patrick completed the Maneuver Captains Career Course and was assigned to 1-41st Infantry Regiment. He served as the Battalion Operations Officer for the 2016 Kosovo deployment in support of Operation Joint Guardian. He later served as a Company Commander until 2018. He then served as the Assistant Professor of Military Science at MIZZOU Army ROTC. Patrick transitioned to the Missouri National Guard and served as the 1-138th Infantry Regiment Plans Officer and later took command of a Light Infantry Company. He now serves as the Battalion XO for 1-138 Infantry Regiment.
During his time at teaching at MIZZOU Patrick completed his MBA with a focus in Project Management from Capella University. After transitioning from Active-Duty Pat worked as a Customer Success and Project Manager for AstrumU and started JP Hughes Consulting LLC.
